My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Chevrolet/Nissan of Walla Walla. We found the vehicle listed through a car sales aggregator. The service center is great. Dealership itself is not as trustworthy as I had hoped.
After dropping off my car it sat for more than two weeks before any work was begun. First, the technician was away on personal matters, then there was difficulty contacting the GM warranty department, followed by a lack of availability of parts, and finally, after the parts arrived, a potential delay caused by a perceived problem with the lift to raise the car to be able to remove the front wheels. I drove from Central Oregon to purchase a used truck. I dealt with Izzy Garcia. He sent me a Video of the vehicle before I made the trip. Izzy was great to work with. The manager found me better financing than my credit Union and was easy to work with. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. They didn't give up even when I wanted to they got me in a good deal for a car.
They got me into a vehicle when I needed it desperately for my job. It was fast and probably helped save my job. However, I didn't get into a car that I preferred and they didn't seem to look very hard for what I was looking for, and now I have a huge car payment and huge insurance rate that both could force me to take the car back because I can't afford either payment without being broke after paying both

I needed a truck, so I visited the dealerships in my town and looked online at a whole bunch of others up and down the corridor and this bunch had the best-looking truck at a good price. Misty and Izzy went to bat for me and got me into a brand new Altima, i was already prepping myself for bad news, but they came thru..I traded in my 2021 sentra, and got me in a Altima. The process was quick, texted all the documents, just had to go sign the contract and pick the car up, no more long waits while buying a car..I will definitely be going back to Nissan of Walla Walla..

They cleared codes prior to receiving my vehicle. Vehicle came with significant transmission leak. Half decent deal on trade in, but oversold the quality of the vehicle on their lot. Shotty paint cover up as well.

Jose was great. I feel like he cared about my situation. I dealt with another person in the Service dept for a few days that was not as helpful and I felt did not understand or care to understand the situation.

Out of state customer. I flew into the Walla Walla airport, was promptly picked up by a sales associate and driven to dealership. Staff expressed excellent customer service, even to agree to do a car wash/ interior vacuuming, which I paid extra for. It was disappointing to find that the vacuuming was not performed, a minor thing but nevertheless disappointing! My experience with the Service Department was excellent. But, I was reading on the wall in back of the greeters, that your garage charges $199.00 an hour, don't you think that is sort of steep for people to pay, especially the elderly. People are still suffering! Thank you for fixing my recall!!
